This choice of forum does not prevent Refugios Urbanos from seeking urgent or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual-property rights or other legitimate interests.

Nothing in this clause limits or waives any right conferred upon consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).
